Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders will be shipped within 7 working days. Please note that processing may take slightly longer during Malaysian public holidays or peak periods.
Domestic Shipment
We ship nationwide across Malaysia using trusted courier services.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is:
West Malaysia: 2 - 5 working days
East Malaysia: 5 - 10 working days
Please keep in mind that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary depending on courier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are fixed and standardized at RM9 for all shipment within Malaysia.
Tracking Information
Tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped.
Please allow 24 - 48 hours for the tracking status to update.
Delivery Date Requests
We are unable to guarantee or commit to specific delivery dates.
However, we will do our best to ship the order as soon as possible.
International Shipping
Currently, we are only able to ship domestically. However, if you are placing an order from overseas, feel free to contact is via email or direct message through our social media channels, and we will be pleased to assist you.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure the shipping details are correct at checkout.
We are unable to replace or refund orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Delivery Issues
Once the order has been dispatched and handed over to courier, it will be under the courier’s care. We are not responsible for any delays, undelivered packages, loss, or damage that may occur during transit as these matters are beyond our control. Accordingly, refunds will not be issued for cases arising during shipment.
